How we measure:
Waist width: measured straight across the top of the waist band seam to seam and then doubled.
Inseam: measured from crotch seam down to hem.

- Elastic waistband will give and stretch. Waist measurements are a range to ensure the size should fit comfortal and not too tight.
- Internal drawstring can be adjusted to fit.

HEMP + ORGANIC COTTON BLENDS:
- Machine wash cool, gentle with like colours. Tumble dry, low heat.
- Do not use fabric softener, bleach or other chemical and enzyme cleaners like oxi-clean. Do not use spot spray laundry cleaners.
- Take care not to wash with garments with zippers or velcro or towels with texture as this will cause abrasion and pilling.
