Returns are accepted within 14 days after receipt of delivery. We offer store credit only - no refunds.

Returns
We’re sorry to hear that your items didn’t work out! To make your return, please ship the item(s) to us and once received we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the order. Your item(s) must be unwashed, free of scent or staining and returned as it was received to be approved for store credit. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
To start a return, enter your details in our Return Portal below and we’ll get back to you within the next few days.
Don’t forget to add tracking to your return - please send tracking info to info@shelterclothing.ca. If you do not pay for tracked shipping, we cannot be held responsible for your order.
Please review your item once received and if there is an error or fault, an email within 48 hours including photos is required. We can help you from there. :)

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you ordered the wrong size or colour, please start a return for your item(s) and once you’ve received your store credit you will be able to choose your new piece. If you need any sizing advice before making a purchase feel free to reach out to inof@shelterclothing.ca with your measurements, we’d be happy to advise!
Store credit does not expire - it can be used anytime!
Final Sale Items
All items purchased on sale are final sale.
All undergarments, swimwear and sale items are final sale.
We cannot accept any returns on these items, we're sure you understand!
IMPORTANT for International Returns
Please ensure that you clearly label your return with “Returning Canadian Goods” if you’re shipping from outside of Canada. This will save you from being charged duties on your return. If you forget to label this on your package, any duties charged will be deducted from your refund.
