We work hard to carefully plan our launches in order to minimize overproduction. This is the most sustainable approach and allows us to stay true to our values. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns past 14 days after receipt of delivery.
We’re sorry to hear that your items didn’t work out! To make your return, please ship the item(s) to us and once received we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the order. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
Don’t forget to add tracking to your return - please send tracking info to email@example.com. If you do not pay for tracked shipping, we cannot be held responsible for your order.
We’re proud of each of our pieces and stand behind the quality of our garments. That said, natural fabrics such as linen are subject to wear over time, especially in high friction areas. If there is an error or fault in your item please send us an email and include photos! We can help you from there :)

If you ordered the wrong size or colour, please start a return for your item(s) and once you’ve received your store credit you will be able to choose your new piece. If you need any sizing advice before making a purchase feel free to reach out to email@example.com with your measurements, we’d be happy to advise!
Store credit does not expire - it can be used anytime!
Returns on footwear are accepted within 14 days after receipt of delivery for a shop credit. Please read all details below for full information regarding the return of footwear.
If you have not worn the shoes outdoors, and the shoes show no sign of distress or wear, are in their original packaging and fully packaged, they can be returned for a store credit as per our return policy.
- When sending shoes back for a refund or exchange please do not attach return labels or any tape directly onto the shoe box.
- Returns received with shoe boxes that have been taped or with any return postage attached will be rejected and returned to the customer.
- You are be responsible for the return shipment and associated costs, as outlined in our return policy above.
- Socks are not included in our footwear returns and are considered final sale.
Final Sale Items
All undergarments, swimwear and sale items are considered final sale.
We cannot accept any returns on these items, we're sure you understand!
Cleaning & Restocking Fees
All returns will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that they meet our requirements. Should the item be returned to us with dirt, debris, excessive pet hair or smell (such as perfumes etc.) you will be notified via email and a 20% cleaning fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Any item with stains or smoke smell will not be accepted and be considered final sale. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed, thank you for understanding.
IMPORTANT for International Returns
Please ensure that you clearly label your return with “Returning Canadian Goods” if you’re shipping from outside of Canada. This will save you from being charged duties on your return. If you forget to label this on your package, any duties charged will be deducted from your refund.
