How we measure:
Chest Width: measured straight across from armpit to armpit. Double measurement for chest size.
Body Length: measured from the top of the shoulder next to the collar down to bottom of the shirt.
Sleeve Length: measured from the shoulder seam down the outside of sleeve to the cuff.

HEMP + ORGANIC COTTON BLENDS:
- Machine wash cool, gentle with like colours. Tumble dry, low heat.
- Do not use fabric softener, bleach or other chemical and enzyme cleaners like oxi-clean. Do not use spot spray laundry cleaners.
- Take care not to wash with garments with zippers or velcro or towels with texture as this will cause abrasion and pilling.
