I love Shelter outerwear-- this coat feels classic and timeless, is well made, and has little details that make it feel special like the corduroy lined cuffs.
Absolutely love this coat. I visited the studio 4-5 years ago and the person working was wearing this coat. I asked her where it was from and she said Shelter made it. Fast forward to now, I own one! I’m so excited. The boiled wool is beautiful and high quality. My only qualm is the sizing. I bought an XXS and I’m 5’8” and 140 lbs. This would not fill someone much smaller than me, and it’s super big and layerable. Definitely not fitted, but that’s the way I like it. A great investment purchase!
This is a cozy and comfortable coat, and I love the relaxed fit and soft corduroy cuffs & pocket lining. Given the price point, I was surprised to see that the coat doesn't include a loop at the collar for hanging it.
